At the Park

Kade has loved visiting the parks. He loves to go down the slides. At first he wasn't too sure, since this slide was a little bigger than ones he is used to going on. After the first run down the slide, he kept going back for more.

Kallie's Day at the Temple

It was such a special day to have Kallie sealed to us forever! She is our little girl. Here are a few pictures from that day at the Oquirrh Mountain Temple. As you can tell from my hair, it was very windy.

Kallie's Blessing Day

We were so excited to have Kallie sealed to us and blessed this past weekend. (Stay tuned for pictures from the temple.) She was an angel! She was so good for both days! We had a luncheon after the temple and a brunch following her blessing. She is ours forever! Here are a few pictures of her special weekend.
Here is the pretty girl in white! Most babies only get to wear the dress once. She got to wear it for 2 days!

Here is handsome, big brother Kade ready to go to the temple! The few weeks prior he kept saying, "I want to go to temple." And yes Kade, you got to go inside! Lucky boy!

The happy family of 4!

Kade is 2!

Kade celebrated his 2nd birthday the end of January! I can't believe our little guy is this old! He got to have 2 birthday cakes...one with tractors and the other with snowmobiles! Those are the 2 things that he loves the most.

Update

Well it has been way too long since we have updated our blog. Too many people have been on my case. Much has happened in the past 8 months, so here's a brief snapshot. The most exciting thing that happened is that we adopted Kallie in July. We had about a month and a half's notice and had to rush to get our homestudy approved. We are grateful for Kallie and the blessing that she is. She is already 6 months old and we are waiting to go to court and then have her sealed to us.

Kade is a great big brother and he just turned 2 this past week. He loves tractors, trains, snowmobiles...basically anything that is very noisy! He is a busy boy and gets into anything that he can. Being a mother of 2 little ones that are only 18 months apart keeps me very busy!

Another exciting thing that happened in 2010 was that I ran my first 10k in October! I am grateful to friends who motivated me to do so. Now I hope that I can keep it up and want to do it again. Even though running is difficult for me, it was fun to accomplish something that I thought I never could do!

Here are my three greatest blessings! I am one lucky lady!
